OUR TECHNICAL TEAM

Lead Biomedical Systems Engineer
An expert in human factors, bioastronautics, and closed-loop life support systems, this team member brings deep NASA-rooted experience in EVA suit development, pressure garment design, and metabolic monitoring systems. They’ll spearhead the internal function and life-critical integration of the Form-Fit Spacesuit and backpack systems.

Senior Helmet & Optical Systems Engineer
Specializing in HUD optics, helmet design, and sealed pressure environments, this engineer has a strong background in augmented reality, anti-fog microclimate stabilization, and visor-integrated comms and telemetry. Their primary focus will be the smart helmet interface and display optics for enhanced space field awareness.

Radiation Materials Physicist
A physicist with a focus on cosmic and solar radiation shielding, bringing experience from both DoD and ESA-backed projects. With a deep understanding of particle behavior through polymers, metals, and crystalline materials, they will lead shielding design for both the radiation panels and transparent ALON-based composite glass.

Advanced Materials & Structural Engineer
This engineer specializes in multi-layer material composites, nano-infused alloys, and graphene integration. With expertise in temperature resistance and material fatigue in vacuum environments, they will oversee the structural behavior and bonding of shielding panels, suit material layers, and sealed interfaces.

3D Manufacturing & Additive Fabrication Lead
An industry veteran in aerospace-grade 3D printing using sintered metals, polyether ether ketone (PEEK), and ceramic-infused polymers. They will manage the prototyping pipeline, including precision-fit component printing, complex structural layering, and integration with FAST-hybrid-fabrication-system.

Systems Integration & Prototyping Engineer
A multidisciplinary engineer skilled in bringing disparate components—mechanical, electronic, and digital—into cohesive, test-ready prototypes. They will oversee full-stack integration, from internal wiring and battery management to modular swap-out of suit elements for testing and iteration cycles.

Flight Hardware & Environmental Testing Lead
This team member leads field and vacuum chamber testing of prototype systems under simulated spaceflight and planetary surface conditions. With experience in thermal cycling, microgravity simulation, and regolith exposure, they will validate the durability and safety of all developed components under real-world extremes.
